Our Presbyterian Women’s in-person book club will meet at 7pm on Monday, September 22nd, in the Meeting House at church. We will discuss the book, “The Frozen River” by Ariel Lawhon.

“The Frozen River” is based on a true story. It is a fictionalized account of Martha Ballard, a real 18th-century midwife, and is inspired by her detailed diary, which documented the births she attended and the scandals within her community.
